About Jennifer Barry
Jennifer serves as Of Counsel with Morowitz & Barry, Ltd., assisting with the firm's representation of cerebral palsy, infant death, birth injury and other serious personal injury and medical negligence cases. She has been involved in numerous medical malpractice and serious personal injury cases since she started practicing in 1997. Jennifer spent over ten years with the firm Decof & Decof, P.C., working with numerous trial attorneys on many multi-million dollar trials and settlements.

She has developed a special emphasis on claims involving females, such as obstetrical negligence, birth trauma, failure to diagnose breast and other cancers, and gynecological surgery cases.
Jennifer graduated from law school at The Catholic University of America (J.D. 1996), and from Bates College (B.A. 1993). She spent a year working as a law clerk for the Justices of the Rhode Island Superior Court before starting practice. Jenn is also married to Morowitz & Barry, Ltd. partner Patrick Barry and the couple has two young children. She is amditted to the bar in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
